ART By AJ - Prints by Patmore. (hereinafter called AAPP) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the AAPP Web Site and governs data collection and usage. By using the AAPP Web Site and its associated gateways, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

AAPP collects personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number. This information is used for the operation of the service and to maintain the quality of the service.

Security of transactions and payments

Currently, AAPP uses PayPal, Stripe (Card Payments), and Direct Bank Deposit for online payments. If Credit and debit card transactions are taken in direct contact or over the phone purchases, the full details such as CVV numbers are not retained after the transaction has been completed.

AAPP does not give permission to reproduce, duplicate, copy any material on this website for commercial purposes. Prints cannot be copied, reproduced, and you cannot sell reprints of any of the artists work. You cannot use this website for any commercial marketing purposes without AAPP's consent

You must not use this website in any way that may cause damage to the website, and in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent activity. This includes that it is totally prohibited to use this website to store, transmit, host, distribute, or publish material for any form of computer virus or spyware programs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you change your mind, Or you feel you may have misjudged the size of the print, please contact us via email or phone to discuss a return or exchange, before you return the item.

The conditions of Returns are:

The product is returned in the same condition as received and in a re-sellable state.

Returned products must be received back within 30 days of purchase and with the original Tax Invoice.

Return freight is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns or exchanges.

Refund will be processed in the same way as the payment was made. Some PayPal and Bank deposits can take several days to clear into your account.

SHIPPING POLICY

For most of our shipping, Australia Post is used, thus we are bound by their shipping policy regulations, Delivery times are available on the Australia Post website. The following are the standard delivery times given:-

Melbourne/Metro areas: 2 Days. Country Victoria: 2-4 Days. Sydney/Canberra/Adelaide: 2-3 Days. Brisbane/Tasmania: 3-4 Days. Perth/Darwin: 5-6 Days. We ensure that the item is well packaged but cannot be held responsible for damage by the carrier. Should damage happen to the product please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Shipping of larger framed items (A1FO and A2FO) are not sent by standard post and may require an exact address quotation, as extra cost may be charged. Our aim is to process orders and ship from our premises within 2 working days. But due to printing, this may be longer, if a delay beyond our control occurs we will keep you informed by email.

Express service or couriers can be used for an additional cost. Extra insurance can be added to the parcel, please email us prior to purchase.

All genuine prints bear the artist's initials and a serial number. The Artist holds the copyright, No print can be copied or reproduced in ANY way. The Artist has all original artwork in his possession.
