The product is returned in the same condition as received and in a re-sellable state.

Returned products must be received back within 30 days of purchase, and with original Tax Invoice.

Return freight is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns or exchanges.

Refund will be processed in the same way as the payment was made. Some PayPal and Bank deposits can take several days to clear into your account.
Australia Post is our standard shipping method. Express Post is available at an extra cost. Postage rates are on our checkout page and these are very reasonable, because we know no-one likes the high cost of postage today!

For Framed A2 and A1 these may need to go by courier so please contact us prior to payment so a shipping quote for your location can be given.
